Tarun Pal Singh Makhni

Tarun is a lawyer shaped by complex commercial and cross-border work, including his years at Baker McKenzie, where he learned what elite execution looks like under pressure.

He has worked deep inside the ALSP ecosystem — placing and supporting secondments for global organisations — and has built contract-management systems and tech-enabled workflows that turn legal operations from a bottleneck into infrastructure. CounselNow is the model he kept wishing existed on the other side of the table.

Kriti Dang

Kriti is a technology operator who has built and scaled high-growth startups from the inside — including one through to a successful exit.

She brings the operating discipline legal services usually lack: platform strategy, partnerships, and the design of operating models that hold up at scale. At CounselNow she makes sure the delivery engine is as considered as the legal judgment that runs through it.
